Maintenance (Hardware only plan)

Avaya System Maintenance (Hardware only plan without purchasing Avaya software support contract)

When a vendor declaring that your installed system (PABX or Data switch) is obsolete and end of support, software maintenance such as bug fixing and patch update will be stopped immediately upon the announcement of end of support. If your business is very stable (no foreseeable grow in capacity or new feature needs), you could seriously consider to join our hardware only maintenance service plan as this approach will significantly reduce your maintenance expense. However, please bear in mind that your installed system may expose to the following risks:
  • No bug fixing and new patch updates for unknown software issue
  • No technical ticket can be issued to the manufacturer by us
  • Software upgrade to latest release or capacity expansion may not be available
  • Your company may not meet the corporate IT Compliance ( if available )
If the above risks are manageable, you may consider to join our hardware only maintenance plan with detailed service description as below:
  • Professional service including trouble shooting and on-site service
  • Hardware spare parts support
  • Back up of system and configuration files
  • Re-installation of the Software (best effort)
  • Minor expansion of users (best effort)
  • Add on features ( through 3rd party solution)
