With a greater internal data transfer capability than the IP406 V2, the IP412 is more suitable for meeting the needs of the small contact center or businesses with a CRM focus. The IP412 differs from the IP4060 V2 by providing a greater trunk expansion capability of up to four PRI trunks. The IP412 is a stackable unit with an optional 19″ rack mounting kit.
